While the unit is private, the property is shared with the owners in the house next door. You may be greeted by Dewey, the black lab! This newly constructed unit has a Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a covered deck overlooking the yard and river. The kitchen is well stocked, linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, and so much more. This space is air conditioned. Step out back to find some yard games, a firepit with wood included, and the Kennebunk river. The walk to Dock Square is about 1.8 miles and all sidewalks. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
