This property is supplied with beach chairs and other essential beach items! Outside you will find a patio with a gas grill and fireplace overlooking the tidal river. Inside has an expansive first floor that features a stunning screened in porch overlooking the tidal river, well equipped Kitchen, 2 dining areas, an office, living room, laundry room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a sliding door to the back yard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. With central air conditioning!

All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

Pet fee is $150/dog. For insurance reasons, we can not host the following breeds and/or mixes of these breeds: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman, Wolf-hybrid, Chow, Bull Mastiff, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Shar-Pei, Guard/Attack dogs, and any animal with a past history of biting or that demonstrates aggressive behavior.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
